Thanks. So say you have more then one thing plugged into your USB ports. Does that mean each device has 480 mbps of bandwith avaiable to it, or the 480 mbps is devided among each device?
Well if that’s true then its 4.8x faster then a 10/100 mbps Ethernet card. So if that is true could one use the USB drive to transfer data from one computer to another?
480 is the MAX speed I havn't ever seen it get that high but yes you COULD if you wanted to use a jumpdrive but I think it would be faster to use a network
