Maximum Ram?

Hi am making a new gaming pc for the first time and am not sure what my max ram will be. Is it the motherboard that determines max ram? If so how can I find out.

yup, the motherboard, and the os i suppose, just get 64bit so you don't have to worry about the os limit...

But yah, mine has a limit of 4gigs? pretty sad but it works

Just look in the mobo specs, it should tell you.

Look on the product information. It should say what the maximum supported RAM is.
