MB log + Hijackthis log, please review

I ran the scan in regular mode and no threats were detected :)
I thought that running scans in safe mode prevents malware from interfering or disrupting the scanning, no?
 
When all possible everything should be ran in regular mode. The only time you should safe mode is when a virus/malware is stopping you from running scans in regular mode.
 
Okay, the computer seems to be going faster. I restarted the computer and I'm running one last scan using avast just to make sure there are no more threats. Thanks for all the help!
