Mb troubles

I suggest that my MB gone bad...((
My comp is rebooting and lagging greatly,
when i looked at Mb i saw that condensators are looking bad
Do i need to buy a new one or i can replace them ?
Can someone advice

I've replaced quite a few capacitors on motherboards in the past, so it's totally possible to swap them out. However, sometimes just replacing them isn't enough. For example, I've heard some Dell's had bad power supplies that caused capacitors to give out...

Could you post a picture of what you beleive the problem is?
