Hi,
I recently removed some of the large drives from an older computer (about 2 years old) and intend to replace them with an 120gb SSD for Windows 8.1 OS
and a couple of small drives for the average use.
I mounted the SSD and the message came on the screen that the Master Boot Record was missing
, this particular SSD was used as a "work" disk on the same machine, since then I have tried remounting all the same disks that I removed and all have come up with the same MBR missing
Does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions about this????
