Mcafee desktop firewall HELP

my friend has a problem with mcafee and i dont use mcafee so i dont realy know whats wrong! looking for some help?

A message appreas on the screen >>>>




and when you click Allow it just pops back up about 20 - 30 seconds later or so .....!!!

You need to check the first box in "options" to create a rule, then it won't pop up every time.

Right click on MSN Messenger in Notificaton Tray and choose 'Open MSN Messenger and click on Tools/Options/General and Uncheck "Allow automatic sign in when connected to the internet, and also uncheck " Automatically run Messenger when I log onto windows. Click Apply and Ok.
