MCPatcher not working with Realms?

Hi all, I currently have a Realms subscription through Mojang on Minecraft. I've always used MCPatcher since I started playing, however, since the 1.8 update, it seems that when I activate MCPatcher on my client, and then click on the "Minecraft Realms" button on the main menu screen, I get thrown an error message saying that my client is out of date, which it isn't, and then when I set my client to vanilla minecraft, it works just fine. Does anybody know how to fix this? Help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like MCPatcher needs to be updated. Have you tried contacting their support?

Actually, I managed to fix the issue myself through some internet searching after a while. I had to go into MCPatcher's .json file and manually edit "com.mojang:realms" line to have the most recent realms version afterwards. Thanks though!
