me again another quick question

ive just got an ibm laptop for my step daughter and everytime i restart it it says starting windows for trouble shooting press f8 how can i get it to stop saying this and just load stright away oh it came per loaded with windows 2000
 
Does it still boot though?
My version of windows says for troubleshooting press F8 but it also boots into windows after like a second.
Does yours still boot into windows?
If it does then this is normal and I dont think you would be able to remove it and I dont think you would want to. If it doesn't then there is something wrong but i really don't know what.
