Me and my friend DC syncronized every time.

So me and my friend has a peculiar problem. We've always loved to play online games together. We've done this for.. years and years, I'd say 15 years or so. Last 12 months we've ran into a bit of a bind. Whenever we play together, we disconnect both at the same time. (we both live 30-40km from eachother) Now We've been trying to call our ISP's and they just claim the problem is with the foreign bottlenecks or something.

So heres the questions:
1. Have any of you heard about this issue before? And have you heard of any way to... fix it?
2. Is there any programs or ports that can be opened to sort it out?

We'd be really gratefull for any help or insight you might bring us

Do you all have the same ISP? Do you have similar external IP addresses?

What game are you trying to play together? Is it for a single game or multiples?

Currently at Wildstar (mmorpg) , it DC's if we both play at the same time, we don't even need to be in the same dungeon, just playing at the same server will do it.

Earlier we played league of legends, then we DC'ed if we played matches together.

We got the same ISP...:-) called them, they claim it's the external suppliers that are causing trouble. or so they think, they had no clue tbh. (That's more or less what they said)
