measuring CPU temp

does anyone no of a program that i can install (for free) that will tell me my cpu / mobo temp? cause the only way i no of being able to see my temp is me going to my bios and if i didnt have to do that it would be very helpfull :D
 
go to www.download.com and search for a program. I found one before, but my old computer didnt offer temperature readings, and i forget what its called. There out there though, just go there and search for it.
