Medal of Honor Does Its Own Modern Warfare

I cant wait for it either....i was hoping that BC2 would keep me occupied until this came out but...

MW2 has got a bit boring now...seriusly needs new maps.

ohh noes....just looked over at the EA forums, apparently the Multiplayer part of the new MOH is being done by DICE who do Bad Company 2

I realy realy REALY hope its nothing like BC2....what would be the point.

It would be awesome and sell millions of copies! :D

I'm pretty sure the DLC comes out tomorrow or very soon.

Apparently the DLC is debuting on the 360 first, no mention of the PS3 or PC yet.

I've played trough whole MW2... Have a total playtime online for about 6 days or so... I found MW2 kinda linear and the plot was weak..

I remember the different Medal of honor's on the PS1, i loved them so much..

I agree with you.

Cant wait for this, i love medal of honor.

I love how the older MoH games had these huge background battles etc which you could do nothing about.
Or MoH:PA, the assault on pearl harbor. imo they've been really nice games so far, hope this will be good too.
altough, I'm not much of a modern warfare fan myself, I really do prefer the WW2 ones.

I do think it looks very good and I love MoH games, but I don't want it to be CoD and I don't want it to be BF either, what would be the point, they are already there, it is bad enough that these games are trying so hard to be CoD and get into the "modern warfare" scene, but honestly the sooner this phase is over, the better. It should have stopped after CoD4.

I agree with Archangel here, I too prefer WW2 games, especially the MoH WW2 games. The Normandy landigs especially are amazing (from a gaming standpoint, not a historical view, the whole of it was horrific), if they can somehow recreate something like that in the new one, itwould be brilliant

Doesnt Steven Spielberg have a hand in the MoH series?

I think it will be a cool branch from the series but I have preferred the MoH WWII games to the CoD series ones so I have a feeling they will pull off a good experience.

i too like the ww2 games but really, how many more games can they make that are about that? there are quite a few already. i enjoy modern warfare games. they are more interesting to me (although nothing will ever beat the flamethrower in cod5).

It may be the same places, same weapons, same era, but as graphics, sounds, AI, immersion etc improve, they can only get better really can't they ;). Unless it gets to a point where driving games are like driving, fighting games are like fighting, and WW2 fps games are like being a soldier during WW2...

i guess you do have a good point with the graphics and ai. as they get better the overall experience gets better.
