Media Card drivers

Hey guys!

I've been having this problem for a while (ever since I upgraded to Win8 actually), my media card reader doesn't work. I have four possible entries depending on the type of the card. I have tried two of them and none work. I'm guessing this is a driver problem but I can't find the right drivers online.

My desktop is an HP P6000 Desktop and os is Win 8.1 Pro fully updated.

Any ideas?
 
Go into the device properties and copy the hardware ID for the missing device here.
 
From the device manager ;)

I'm just using my network card as an example here. But just select the top value and Ctrl+C to copy it and paste it here.

What is the specific model of the desktop? HP P6000 is the generic model number. Look on the side for a sticker that says HP P6xxx-xx.
 
Have you tried uninstalling them all through device manager and then scanning for new hardware?
