Media Center cannot detect the TV tuner....

Hi guys.... I recently bought a TV tuner card for my Comp... I Installed the drivers and softwares and everything is fine...

but when i tried to watch TV on media center... it says that it cannot detect a TV tuner card...\

can anyone help me with this?
