Ok, my computer is xp home edition, service pack 1.
It came with windows media player 9, and i wanted to update it to media player 10. So, I downloaded the installer ofr it and it installed. However, whenever i try to open it, I get the error message "An internal application error has occured". Also, I tried using system restore to restore it to the way it was before the upgrade, and the restore said that it was not possible and that it had failed to restore the computer. Now, I can't watch or play any kind of videos or synch my portable mp3 player
Any help would be awesome
Thankx
