Media Test Failure

I just finished assembling my new computer, and when I booted it up to see if it works, something called an Nvidia Test agent comes up. It stops for a second than says "Media Test Failure-check cable". Not sure what this is reffering to, any help would be great.
 
well if everything still works ok just go start-run-msconfig and disable what ever program is doing the test that way you don't have to keep seeing the message
