Well i finally got my new rig with a E7200 and a gigabyte p35 ds3l but every program sees it running at 2.3ghz rather than the 2.53ghz that's rated.

I already desactivated the C1E function and the eist function as well

maybe its running at a lower multiplier than its default clock. thats even worse than having c1e or eist enabled.
