I have put together a rig using an Asus A7V266-C with an AMD BARTON 2500+.
Have several sticks of pc2100 mem. Each one works okay for a while then after a few days begins to give you that old familiar beeps at startup time. I also have several NEW Kingston 3200 cl3 512 md stick. What can happen wrong if I use these (1) in the above system. Will it take sort of a "roll back" to "pretend" it has in pc2100???
