Memmory Reccomendation??

Yes you will see an increase in performance with that upgrade. The jump from 2GB of PC2-5300 to 4GB of PC2-8500 will be a nice upgrade for that price. Your motherboard will support 1066MHz RAM so you should not have any issues with the new selection. I did an upgrade on my daughter's computer from 2GB of PC2-5300 to 4GB of PC2-8000 and you could tell a difference as soon as you hit the start button.

Here is the QVL for memory for your motherboard...if you choose something from there you can't go wrong.
