Memory Boken or something else .. please help

Hi, well my pc is often stoping at the boot screen and sometime its takes over 20min to load windows, sometimes i see nothing on my PC.

Is it possible that the Memorys are broken ? When i try to install my windows new it always shows me a black screen.

Please help !
 
I find this is happening when windows is trying to change somthing in bios, ie like trying to check a hd that was not attached prior. Do you have an old hd attached or hardware that you attached which is not working properly? Have you checked for viruses?
