memory error

Hi,
I've new computer and I play BF2 but I have a problem.
When maps change the game sometimes crash and going back to windows. During the game everything is fine no problems only when maps are changing.

I tested HDD by HD TUNE - no errors,
I tested memory by memtest and goldmemory 5h - no errors

once when game crashed I had message:

memory error

memory.dll all alloc attempts failed for size 1497604

any body know what does it means ?

it can be a memory problem ? I have still few days for return parts so please for quick answer.

In the BF options go into the video section there and trim the dynamic shadow lighting setting down and other detail settings to see if that helps. Another thing is while Vista 64 maxes at 8gb BF is still a 32bit program with the 3gb barrier issues to address.
