How do I save my entire document folder to my memory key. I have no problems saving Quicken, for instance, because it has a "back up" prompt. When I "copy" the document folder there is no "send to" from Documents or "paste" prompt at the memory key site. Any suggestions so that each time I save it doesn't start again from zero but prompts me that that file already exists and do I want to override; otherwise, I will have jillions of document folders saved and taking up space.
