memory of athalon 64 2800

I currently have a athalon 64 2800 w/dfi lanparty motherboard with 512mb of pc3200 ddr....... Will I see a significant increase in performance if I add another 512 or should I wait till I can buy 1gig on a whole stick?

Since you dont benifit from dual channel and running Command Rate 2T is detrimental, you should prolly wait for 1Gb sticks
