Memory of files after deleted

Came across something unusual the other day and was hoping someone could help me.

A while back I had a folder inside fo a subfolder in My Documents (USing Windows XP Home Edition)

I deleted the folder a while back. Recently I realized I needed some of the files in that folder and when i could not find it I figured I must of deleted it but wasnt sure so I performed a windows search for one of the keywords in one of the files.

It told me it found all of the files and I actually saw the deleted folder in c:\users\temp (or somethign similiar) but it actually appeared to be a zipped folder that I was able to open up and copy and paste the files from.

While this was great that I recovered the files, it did make me a bit nervous that there may be other documents on this computer that have been deleted and they are still accessible by other people.

Any recommendations or does anyone even have a reasonf or this happening?

i know you can right click the recycle bin then properties and there is a check box to remove immediately.

Hi guys

I saw drive data recovery solutions for your lost files after a disk crash, virus attack,.Software can revive your deleted music files, audio, video, images,.Memory card data recovery software a non-destructive utility easily.

Thanks
