Memory Problem

My memorys command rate is set to 2T and i want to know how to get it back to 1T cause i heard 1T is faster then 2T. Here is a screenshot to show what i am talking about.

I had 4 sticks of 512 in my computer of pc4200 then i switched to 2 512 sticks of pc26400 and it had the latency of 5 and it was at 2T and then when i have it at a latency of 4 which it should be at anyway its still at 2T.
