i am thinking about ordering this kit of memory:

my question is, my motherboard has 3 memory slots and i was wondering if i put this memory in with one other stick of mwave brand memory that is 256mb running at an average of 2.5-4-4-8 would that mess my system up because of the different timmings or what would happen? is it even smart to mix the memory like that? any input would help out.
