I would just like to know, I got a 512MB RAM stick for christmas, and I took out my old 256MB RAM stick, could I put both in my computer to make it 768MB RAM or would it not be compatible?

Thanks in advance.

You could put both in, but the problem is if they are different speeds, they'll only run as fast as the slowest memery stick. So if you have a 512MB stick of PC3200 and 256MB stick of PC2700, the 512MB stick can only run at the speed of the PC2700.

Do you know if they are the same speed, b/c if they are install them both.

Quite true although its also worth noting that nothing is really stopping you from upclocking :)

Yea, the 512MB is PC3200 and the 256MB is PC2700.

Is "uplclocking" easy? Or am I going to have to go buy stuff, read a 9320 page tutorial, etc.
