So, I am looking to upgrade and have a question regarding MOBO and RAM.

I am looking at this MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=N82E16813128081

and this RAM: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=N82E16820220299

I looked at the manufacturers product page and see that this RAM is not listed in the qualified vendor's list (some Patriot RAM is listed, but DDR2 800).

What does this mean in terms of compatibility and/or performance? Will the RAM still work? Will it not run as fast?
