memory upgrade

want to upgrade laptop ram from 512mb to 1gig. the laptop is compaq evo PIV 1.8GHZ. n610c nothing fancy, my budget is 100$ it has one free slot for memory.

If you scroll down or click the "Memory/Storage" thing you will go down to some RAM- they have a 512 stick for 80 bucks.
