I have an old Compaq that didn't have enough memory to put a game on that I wanted to put on. So i got this other old computer and I was wondering, could I take the RAM memory modules out of the other Packard Bell and put them in the Compaq, if they fit that is, would they work and is this bad for the computer?
 
Not sure. You will have to post some more information about the mother boards of both computers and the types and speed of both RAMs, here and there. It's a compatability issue in the first place.
 
yeah that question is quite difficult to answer without extra info. it'll mostly come down to what the motherboard supports and the speed of the ram in the system
