I was trying to get rid of the extra toolbars and accidentally deleted the menu bar ( File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help) and need it back, does anyone know how??? THANK YOU

you mean the explorer bar ? it's not deleted, it has been disabled (not showing)
go somewhere in the same location and right-click -->customize, then click Reset
