yea, if thats ddr2 800 then those are better than normal timings... though not great because its cas latency is still 4. if its ddr2 533 i'd say they're about what you should get, and if its ddr400 then they're horrible timings.

the lower the timings better but the most common settings are:
ddr400 2-3-3-6
ddr2 533 3-3-3-8
ddr2 800 4-4-4-12

timings and frequency are better for different applications but overall cpu speed matters a lot more.
