microsoft autoroute installation error. help plzzz

how r u all. im a new member here. i'm having a problem with microsoft autoroute which i've downloaded from net, i extracted the exe file. when i try to install, process begins but when i click on "install" it's shows an error, i do not understand what's this error.

As far as I know you can install that program from cd only....

yeh im loged in with an admistrator account.
