I have a customer service account on the server that an employee uses along with her regular email account. For some reason she cant get those emails and when I re-created teh account, now she shows 2 CS mailboxes under her main mailbox and both of the CS folders willnot open, it says they nolonger exsist. I want to delete them and start over but It will not allow me to delete them from her outlook.
 
I've seen this before...

I think if you google it there are some registry key's you can remove, or the best way would be to recreate your local mail profile.
