Microsoft is downloading Windows 10 to your machine 'just in case'

Not sure this is even article worthy, and it's blatantly obvious if you even vaguely stroll by Windows Update every once in a while..
 
Frankly both of my computers are running a version of 10 (OEM & Tech Preview).

I have 8.1 ready to load on my rig but I don't have my new hard drives yet. I guess I'll have to keep this in mind for later

The author of an article in InfoWorld (see below) thought the same thing. Later in the comments section of the article he apologized when he got confirmation that the claims made by the The Inquirer were true.
