Does this require prior installation of .NET Framework? One blog says it does, another site says MMC 3.0 will install without .NET, and I cannot seem to find any info on the Microsoft site one way or the other.

Thanks for settling the issue. Pity there is no source that lists everything that depends on .NET (or other such major components). Guess that sort of list would be too large to maintain.
