Microsoft .NET Framework

Don't know what the solution is, but I know I had similar problems with my old Windows 2000 computer.
 
i would uninstall all net framework software and go through windows update and install it again. 1.6 has nothing to do with your net framework version. It also could be a problem with the software you are trying to install.
