Microsoft Office 2007 has switched to an old fashioned layout?

When I opened Microsoft Office Word 2007 some days ago, it suddently looked like this: http://i38.tinypic.com/zwaxzl.jpg

I've tried to re-install Microsoft Office, with no result. All the other Office programs look like this as well.

I want the old stylish design back :( Please help?
 
That is the new layout. Unfortunately, I hate that as well. If you want the old layout back you will have to get an older version and install it.
 
The link you just posted is actually what a fresh install of Office looks like. It could just be that your install is corrupt or you changed the format of the toolbars up top. I thought you were talking about the way the old office looked, which I prefer.
 
I fixed it! :)

I had to change the Windows theme to the old Windows, and then back to Windows Vista Basic. And that was all it took. YAY!!
