Microsoft Office 365 in particular Outlook

Hi,
I have a ongoing problem with this program right from the day it was installed on my HP 8440p laptop ;actually all the program components work fine except for Outlook which does not open when I activate it all what appears on my screen is a nice bleu frame with outlook on it and it ............ does not open.
I have tried to reinstall the whole program but this made no difference, but funny enough when i log in to my Google chrome account I have no problem activating Outlook but I want it desperately to work with my Office program which I use a lot.
Can anybody help

Are you sure you reinstalled office? Because if you did there shouldn't be a problem.

Yes I first tried the repair option but when that did'n work ik removed and reinstalled Office 365 completely.twice
 
Open the Event Viewer and look at the Application Log for any error events that are registered by Outlook or happened at the time that you tried to open Outlook. Copy this error message and post it
 
Dear Okedokey,
I have downloaded this hughue program and found it a bit to complicated for ma;
However I wiped Office 365 because I don't get any help from Microsoft they are only interested in making a quick buck by selling you a new program so I decided to go back to my Office 10 which never gave me any problem.
Anyway thanks for your assistance.
