Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

I want to back up all of the files for microsoft office outlook 2003. I want email, contacts, address book, my email setting, email accounts, and anything else that needs to be backup. Where do I start? What is the easy way to do this?
 
well for your contacts, calendar ect. just go to each one and do a file export that should get what you need. As for settings i'm not sure how you'd save those.
