microsoft office starter help

I just purchased a lenovo g570 laptop I noticed that it comes with microsoft office starter which is a limited version of word and excel and no powerpoint.

What would be the cheapest solution for getting these programs.
I am not sure if I even need the full word and excel but I do need powerpoint

Do you actually need MS PowerPoint or only the need to creat PowerPoint files? There are open-source (free) office suites that can read/write MS Office files such as OpenOffice and LibreOffice. There's also Google Docs.
