Microsoft outlook 2007 help

Guys I started using outlook today and it downloaded hundreds of emails from my gmail account. My friends use my PC for gaming, that means they can access my emails in the outlook.
Is there any way that I can prevent this?

How can I add two to three mails to outlook?
i.e I already have gmail in outlook, can I add another gmail account to it and another hotmail one?

You need to password protect your login account and create an additional account for your friends.

Okay I now know how to add a new account, but I want to delete and clean up the outlook accounts, I actually mean to delete all emails that were downloaded on my PC and stop them from coming in.
