microsoft outlook 2010

hey guys, ok so the problem is you can open outlook but as soon as you open a email it freezes and go's into not responding, this is happening with a few computers, have created a new profile on outlook for them ran a repair in Microsoft office, just cant figure out why it is doing this

never mind, removed a adobe add in and seems to be working
