HI. I have tried to send a file in Outlook (Hotmail) and it is stuck on 50% sending. It will not complete, regardless of time. I am not able to delete this file (selecting then delete, right click and delete, draging to the bin, going 'off-line' then deleting, moving to another file etc etc etc) and because of this I am not able to send/receive due to this 'stuck' email. I have uninstalled the programme and re-installed it - but the email is still there... Any ideas?? Trev (cheers)

In Microsoft Outlook under 'All Mail Folders' I have 'Personal Folders', 'Archive Folders and 'Hotmail'. I prepared this email as normal (Hotmail) but it is sat in the outbox under 'Personal Folders'. Hope this info may give someone an idea!!

do you know where the file is stored on your hard drive?
if you can find where it is you could send it using www.fundymail.ca or another free site.
Or if you still cannot find it you could boot your system in DOS mode and move/delete it from there.
