Hello,

I'm having a problem with installing Microsoft Silverlight on a Windows XP Service Pack 3 machine, system requirements are met. It will give me the message saying "installation failed". I've uninstalled, removed the registry keys. Used Revo Uninstaller. Did a shift+run as Administrator to reinstall it. Uninstall the web browser and tried to reinstall the software. Still doesn't work. Any suggestions to why it keeps failing.

You're using the latest version of Firefox. Silverlight should work. You're just having installation issues.

Where are you downloading Silverlight from?
