Please help with these Microsoft Teams problems?
I have a Lenovo yoga 510 laptop running windows 10.
When I install Microsoft Teams, it comes up with a dialog box saying “loading Microsoft teams”. This goes on forever….an “egg-timer” moving dots thingy running away in it.
Also, when someone arranges a Teams interview with me, I click on the link and it tells me “letting others know youre there, we will bring you in when the meeting starts”.
Then when the interviewer comes on, my laptop camera wont work.
The only way I can get my camera to work is by closing out, and then re-clicking the meeting invite, and coming in on the “browser”.
My laptop never used to be like this…I used to be able to use the Teams App with no problem.
Why is this? How can I solve it?
Also, The problem with using Teams with the “browser”, is that when you talk, the interviewer gets muted and vice versa…this makes the meeting very difficult. How can I solve this?
