microsoft update problem and ntoskrnl.exe

I installed a Microsoft update and after rebooting i recieved this message.

The system dll user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the dll c:\windows\system32\hhctrl.ocx occupied an address range reserved for windows systems dlls. The vendor supplying the dll should be contacted for a new dll.

How can I fix this, And also when running AVG, I get two files which are infected: user32.dll and ntoskrnl.exe. what should I do about this? thanks

Here is more info on your changed files

"To get AVG to quit showing them as changed, open the AVG Test Center, click the F3 key on your keyboard and tell it to accept the changes. If it still shows something as changed after this.. delete the file named AVG7QT.DAT in C:\ and AVG will rebuild it the next time it is run."

Hope this helps.
