Microsoft Warns Windows 7 Users

Question for Mods/Admins

Does this mean we can not give advice on how to do this, now?

Good question...I can buy the upgrade right now. If it can be discussed and people work out a solution...I may reconsider actually purchasing Windows 7.

Vista basher are noobs with PCs made for windows XP :D

Nice statement:good: I have had a great experience with Vista. It runs quick for me...never really saw the "big slow down" everybody complains about.

Quick, reliable and what ever bugs needed to be worked out have been for a long time.

I format to often for Vista to slow down ><

The only thing I hate about Vista is that mysterious folder dump every few days that resets all your folder preferences.

I hear they fixed it in 7....but I don't like the OS enough to spend $100+ for it....rather buy a new monitor or a better GPU :)

Im a Vista basher....and my rig is more than capable of running Vista!

Its just a fact that Vista is not what it should have been, even microsoft themselves admitted it!

For now I'm fine with it. If MS closes the loophole, be sure to post that info here. To me, it's not really a hack, it's just a loophole to install an upgrade on a new machine, or a machine that doesn't have a previous Windows OS. The end user, in my opinion, isn't really doing anything unethical.
