i just started using microsoft works 8 on my computer windows xp SP2 and now when i try 2 start microsoft word it instantly crashes, the window pops up then vanishes, i need to use it for my school so i'v resorted to using the wordpad in accessories but i want to use microsoft word because of more features, any help thank u in advance
