Hello,

This is my debut thread.

I installed Encarta Interactive World Atlas onto a clients PC, however each time i attempt to open the program i get the following message;

'Incarta Interactive World Atlas has detected that your internet Explorer security settings are set to 'custom'. Please set the security settings to 'Medium', other wise portions of Encarta Interactive World Atlas will not run correctly.'

In addition, when i click 'ok' another box appears asking me to insert the Encarta CD, when i do nothing happens.

The microsoft website was not able to shed any light on the above message.

Any advice would be greatly appreciatted.

Hi Ken,

Go onto Internet Explorer, Tools>Options>Privacy, and then set the tab to medium.
