Migrating favorites in IE from one computer to another

Having just built a new computer and installed the OS, I would like to copy or migrate all the favorites in Internet Explorer on the old computer to the new one. Are they in one file or convenient place that I could just copy to the new computer???

Copy the favorites folder.

XP:
C:\documents and settings\[username]\Favorites (just copy the folder)

Vista and 7:
c:\Users\[username]\Favorites (just copy the folder)
